Nakamomo
BACKGROUND
To attract, retain and align the interests of top talent with INV holders and the DAO, Inverse needs to reward core contributors with competitive DOLA compensation and vested governance tokens in a way that is comparable to other DeFi projects. Cryptoharry was originally self-labeled as part-time but he has in reality been working full time leading the TWG as well as driving multiple other initiatives within the DAO. 0xMT and Yellowtail were recently added to payroll without INV allocations.
Inverse Finance DAO has been lacking clear guidelines for comp for core contributors and have seen delays in payouts and inconsistent comp amounts for different tasks. Nakamomo as Head of CWG has taken on the added responsibility to manage payroll and comp guidelines in addition to regular CWG activities. Beyond running CWG, Nakamomo has been working full-time in several areas beyond his responsibilities in CWG and he will continue to assist product and ops where needed.
Proposal
This is a proposal to make changes to Payroll and to add to vesting INV:
Add vesting allocations of 500 INV each for 0xMT and Yellowtail backdated to 4 April 2022 for 0xMT and 12 April 2022 for Yellowtail.
Amend Payroll for Cryptoharry and Nakamomo to reflect full-time salary of 10,000 DOLA per month. Also modify the allocation of vesting INV tokens to reflect an original balance of 500 INV at their respective starting dates: 16 March 2022 for Cryptoharry and 26 March 2022 for Nakamomo.

Add Nakamomo to Payroll with a monthly salary of 10,000 DOLA
Increase the allocation by 250 INV tokens to CryptoHarry, (0x962228a90eac69238c7d1f216d80037e61ea9255), vesting for 24 months calculated from 04/02/2022
Increase CryptoHarry’s Payroll monthly salary to a total of 10,000 DOLA.
Deduct 6667 DOLA from CWG multisig allowance as Nakamomo is paid through payroll for June and onwards.
Terms of Allocation
Vesting is over a period of 24 months from the date of calculation.
Vesting continues automatically unless the DAO votes to terminate the contributor.
