SUMMARY This proposal is to provide base compensation to our two new contributors, 0xMT and yellowtail, and aims to reward their efforts competitively.

BACKGROUND As we move towards product-market fit and solidify our position in the DeFi ecosystem, the time has come to bring in additional contributors to the critical area of Engineering.

After completing a thorough technical & culture review process, we're extremely happy to welcome two full-time Solidity engineers to the Inverse family! Nour and theAlienTourist have done an incredible job with limited resources, yet it has been clear for a while that it was time to expand the engineering team and help us propel Inverse forward through 2022 and beyond: 0xMT and yellowtail are going to be great additions to the DAO.

ACTIONS Allocate a total of 25,000 DOLA per month (2 x 12,500) to compensate 2 engineering contributors: 0xMT (150,000 DOLA per year) and yellowtail(150,000 DOLA per year).
