Proposal to provide base compensation to two contributors, CryptoHarry and Naoufel.

BACKGROUND

Inverse DAO is enduring a period of growth as we move towards product-market fit and solidify our position in the DeFi ecosystem. In order to accelerate our growth, ensure commitment to the Inverse Finance project and enhance Inverse’s organizational abilities, the time has come to bring in additional contributors in the areas of Analytics and Treasury Management. Following agreement with the core team it is proposed to hire Naoufel on a full-time basis (40 hours per week) and CryptoHarry on a part-time basis (20 hours per week).

ACTIONS

Allocate a total of $15,000 per month to compensate 2 contributors: CryptoHarry (Head of Treasury, part-time, 5000 DOLA per month), Naoufel (Head of Analytics, full-time, 10,000 DOLA per month).
