Supply and Borrow Interest rates are calculated according to an Interest Model, the interests increases with the Utilization Rate, after a certain Utilization Rate threshold ("kink") there's a jump in the Interest Rates.

What about INV and Reward APRs ?

Each pool has a predetermined monthly INV emission rate, those are rewarded on every block proportionally to the amount of the asset deposited, the monthly emission rates are decided by Governance vote or the Policy Committee.
